Refractory concrete castable introduction:
Refractory concrete is a special type of refractory concrete made by directly pouring a mixture of aggregates, binders, and admixtures in a certain proportion. It can be divided into Portland cement refractory concrete, aluminate cement refractory concrete, water glass refractory concrete, phosphate refractory concrete, magnesia refractory concrete, etc.

Refractory concrete refers to special concrete that works at temperatures ranging from 900 to 1600 degrees Celsius and maintains its physical and mechanical properties (such as high fire resistance, thermal stability, load softening point, and small shrinkage at high temperatures).

Characteristics of refractory concrete castable
1. The performance of refractory concrete pouring material is superior to that of refractory bricks.
2. High room temperature compressive strength. It has good resistance to mechanical vibration and impact, and its lifespan is several times longer than that of brick masonry.
3. Good thermal stability, strong resistance to low temperature reactions, and a lifespan of up to one and a half years.
4. It can be made into various prefabricated blocks and can be mechanically constructed, accelerating the speed of furnace construction.

Application

It’s mainly used for furnace lining of boiler, blast furnace hot blast stove, heating furnace, ceramic kiln and various industrial furnaces.
