Al2O3-SiC-C refractory ramming mass is a mixture composed of high alumina clinker, silicon carbide, carbon materials, binders, additives, etc., constructed using ramming method. High alumina silicon carbide carbon refractory ramming mass is mainly used for lining the tapping grooves and slag trenches of small and medium-sized blast furnaces.

Ramming Mass Application
Al2O3-SiC-C (ASC) refractory materials are widely used in key parts of steel smelting, such as blast furnace iron trenches (main iron trenches, flow nozzles, discharge trenches, slag trenches, etc.), mixer/torpedo tank and ladle lining materials, mixer/torpedo tank gunning materials, gun mud, ladle wall and bottom bricks, and continuous casting systems, due to their excellent characteristics such as high strength, strong thermal shock stability, resistance to acid and alkaline slag erosion, and good erosion resistance.
