Alumina Bubble Refractory Castable (Alumina hollow ball castable) is a lightweight refractory castable prepared with alumina hollow ball as aggregate and industrial alumina or corundum powder
as powder. The binders used for this type of lightweight refractory castables are mainly CAC (CA-70C, CA-80C) cement, aluminum phosphate, and aluminum sulfate.
The characteristics of Alumina Bubble Castable (alumina hollow ball castables) are high load softening temperature, high strength, and good thermal insulation performance. The operating
temperature is usually between 1600 ºC and 1700 ºC. It is an ideal thermal insulation material for carbon black reaction furnaces and high-temperature special lining durable layers.

Alumina Bubble Castable(Alumina hollow ball castable) is very stable in various atmospheres and is an ideal thermal insulation material for high-temperature lining. Especially used in high temperature kilns at 1800 ºC, it can be used as high-temperature insulation filler, and has good effects on various types of thermal furnaces such as inverted flame kilns, shuttle kilns, molybdenum wire furnaces, tungsten rod furnaces, induction furnaces, nitriding furnaces, petrochemical industry gasifiers, carbon black industry reaction furnaces, metallurgical industry induction furnaces, etc., in reducing furnace weight, reforming structures, saving materials, and saving energy.
