Pre-baked carbon bricks for submerged arc furnaces are made of calcined high-quality anthracite, graphite powder, metallurgical coke and coal tar as main raw materials. They are formed by high-frequency vibration, air bag pressurization, high-pressure vacuum and horizontal molding. They are carbon refractory materials for the bottom and wall lining of various submerged arc furnaces.
