Gunning Mix is composed of refractory aggregate, refractory powder, water, binder, mineralizer, plasticizer, and firing aid. It is a fire-resistant mixture constructed by spraying method.
The materials of gunning mass include silicon aluminum, magnesium, corundum, and phosphate. It is also divided into lightweight,medium heavy weight and heavy weight gunning mass.
Good spraying construction performance: Specialized spraying equipment (such as spraying machine) can be used to achieve rapid construction of long-distance, large-area, and complex-shaped parts, greatly improving construction efficiency.
Strong bonding performance: It has strong bonding force to various refractory material substrates (such as refractory bricks and refractory castables of the original kiln lining), ensuring that the spraying layer and the substrate can be firmly combined.
Excellent refractory performance: Depending on the selected raw materials, the refractoriness of the spraying material can reach 1000℃-1800℃ or even higher, which can meet the use requirements in different high-temperature environments.
