Phosphate Refractory Brick Is Divided Into Phosphate Brick And Phosphate Wear-Resistant Brick. The Difference Is That Phosphate Bricks Are Suitable For Phosphate As A Bond, And Phosphate Wear-Resistant Bricks Are Made Of Aluminum Dihydrogen Phosphate As A Bond. Generally Divided Into Low-Grade Phosphate Bricks And High Temperature Phosphate Bricks. There Is Little Difference Between These Two Bricks, Because Phosphate Bricks Have Better Wear Resistance.
Phosphate bonded high alumina brick is a non-burning brick. High alumina bricks made by semi-dry press forming and heat treatment. The raw material is dense super-grade bauxite clinker, and phosphoric acid with a concentration of 42.5%~50% is used as a binder.
Phosphate refractory brick with excellent wear resistance, high mechanical strength and good thermal shock stability,is mainly used for calcination temperature of less than 1450 degrees rotary kiln.
Features of phosphate high alumina bricks
1) High temperature resistance.
2) High strength at room temperature and high temperature and excellent wear resistance.
3) Resistant to rapid cold and heat, excellent thermal shock resistance.
4) Good chemical resistance.
5) The disadvantage is that the softening temperature under load is low, which limits its application range.
