High alumina brick is a classic shaped refractory product. It adopts high-alumina bauxite clinker as the main aggregate, matched with bonded clay and compound additives. Produced through precise batching, intensive mixing, high-pressure pressing and high-temperature firing.

The alumina content ranges from 48% to over 80% as customized. It has a much higher refractoriness than ordinary fire clay bricks, and can withstand long-term working temperature from 1300℃ to 1700℃。

It features high compressive strength, large bulk density, low porosity, small high-temperature creep, excellent slag corrosion resistance and good thermal shock resistance. Under harsh working conditions such as temperature alternation, materials scouring and slag erosion, the brick keeps stable structure without cracking or peeling, effectively extending furnace service life and reducing maintenance downtime and cost.
