Note: Clay insulation brick is not suitable for areas directly exposed to molten slag, strong abrasion or long-term heavy load. It is recommended for backup insulation layers or mild-temperature hot-face lining.

Product Grades & Technical Reference
We supply multiple grades of clay insulation bricks classified by bulk density and maximum service temperature, covering working temperature ranging from 1000℃ up to 1350℃.
Standard dimension: 230×114×65 mm. Custom special sizes and arch bricks are available upon client drawings.
Construction Guidance
- Store bricks indoors and avoid long-term exposure to rain and damp atmosphere, as moisture will degrade insulation effect.
- Choose matched lightweight refractory mortar for laying. Control mortar joint thickness evenly to prevent heat leakage through gaps.
- Avoid heavy impact during transportation and masonry to prevent brick breakage. On-site cutting should adopt professional tools to keep section neat.
- Complete gradual heating-up after kiln masonry to remove residual moisture inside bricks, prevent lining spalling caused by rapid temperature rise.
Storage & Transportation
Products are packed on wooden pallets or in waterproof plastic packages to avoid dampness during sea and land transportation.
Keep inventory in dry, ventilated warehouses. Stack height should be controlled reasonably to avoid crushing the bottom layers. Please inspect cargo appearance upon arrival and separate damaged bricks before construction.
