Overview
High alumina curved brick is a shaped refractory product made from high-grade bauxite clinker as the primary raw material, matched with high-purity alumina powder and binding agents, formed via high-pressure molding and high-temperature sintering. Different from standard straight refractory bricks, it features an integrated curved arc design customized according to kiln inner diameter, eliminating gaps caused by splicing flat bricks. It is a core lining refractory widely applied in circular rotary kilns, tunnel kiln arches, vertical furnaces and high-temperature flue pipelines.
According to alumina content, it is divided into three mainstream grades: 48% Al₂O₃, 65% Al₂O₃ and 75% Al₂O₃. Higher alumina proportion brings stronger refractoriness, better load softening performance and superior chemical corrosion resistance, adapting to varying industrial temperature operating environments.
