Insulation Refractory Bricks Brief Introduction

Insulation bricks are indispensable lightweight refractory materials extensively used in high-temperature industrial fields. Made from carefully selected porous raw materials through compression molding and high-temperature sintering, they possess high porosity, low bulk density and excellent low thermal conductivity. These products serve as reliable thermal barrier layers for industrial kilns, furnaces and other thermal equipment, effectively reducing heat loss and delivering outstanding energy-saving results.

Different from dense heavy refractory bricks, our insulation bricks feature light weight and outstanding thermal insulation performance. They maintain stable physical and chemical properties under prolonged high-temperature service, with strong resistance to deformation, cracking and spalling. In addition, the products have favorable chemical inertness, good adaptability to most common refractory materials and great resistance to atmospheric corrosion.

We mainly supply two mainstream grades to fit various on-site working conditions: fireclay insulating bricks and high alumina insulating bricks.

This type boasts high cost performance, with a maximum working temperature of 1200℃. It is widely used for outer linings, flues, regenerators and auxiliary structures of all kinds of industrial furnaces, and is a preferred option for general thermal insulation projects.

With superior refractoriness and thermal stability, high alumina insulating bricks can work steadily at temperatures between 1200℃ and 1400℃. They are ideal for inner insulation layers of high-temperature kilns, heat treatment equipment and industrial pipelines that demand higher heat resistance.
