Self-flowing castable is a high-performance unshaped refractory material developed based on low-cement and ultra-low-cement castable technology. Different from traditional refractory castables that rely on vibration compaction, this product features excellent self-fluidity. After being mixed with a proper amount of water, it can automatically flow, level, and exhaust air under its own weight without vibration treatment, realizing integrated pouring molding.
Formulated with optimized gradation of refractory aggregates, fine powders and high-efficiency dispersants, our self-flowing castable achieves high compactness, low porosity and stable structural strength after curing and firing. 3. Product Classification

According to raw material composition and temperature resistance grade, our self-flowing castables are mainly divided into three mainstream types to meet different industrial working condition requirements:
High-Alumina Self-Flowing Castable With high-alumina aggregate as the core raw material, it features moderate temperature resistance, high cost performance and wide applicability. It is widely used in medium and high-temperature parts of cement kilns, thermal power boilers and general industrial furnaces.
Mullite Self-Flowing Castable Adopting high-purity mullite raw materials, it has excellent thermal shock resistance and high-temperature structural stability, suitable for frequent temperature fluctuation working environments.
Corundum Self-Flowing Castable Made of high-purity corundum aggregate, it boasts ultra-high temperature resistance, strong erosion and abrasion resistance, applicable for ultra-high temperature and severe scouring working conditions in metallurgy and chemical industries.

5. Construction & Storage Notes

During construction, add water strictly according to the standard proportion and stir evenly to ensure stable fluidity of the castable. Avoid excessive water addition which may reduce strength and fire resistance. After pouring, place it statically for natural leveling and defoaming, then conduct standard curing and drying treatment to prevent cracking.
The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment, kept away from moisture and rainwater to avoid material agglomeration and performance attenuation. The shelf life is 6 months under standard storage conditions.
